Delivery / Return

Delivery of our products is done through the express courier company DPD, at the address indicated in the order form. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail regarding the delivery of the ordered product, and we will prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Payment for the products is made by cash on arrival of the package or online before completing the order through the Euplătesc.ro platform.

Online with bank card via EuPlatesc (Visa / Maestro / Mastercard).

If you have chosen the “Online by bank card” payment method, it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card in the secure page of the payment processor.

Other EU countries – 20 EUR

This cost is added to the final cost of the ordered products.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, it can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. To return a product, please email us the return form. The payment of the value of the products is paid by bank transfer, based on the information filled in and sent through the return form.

To be able to return a product, it must NOT show any damage or signs of wear, be in its original condition and in the packaging in which it was received.

The return is FREE.
